Target Audience

This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of surgeons, registered nursed, nurse practitioners and Certified Physician assistants involved in the care of patients with aesthetic medicine.

 

Statement of Need/Program Overview

Practice of aesthetics including surgeons, registered nurses, Nurse practitioners and Certified Physician assistants may not be aware of the level of medicine that they are practicing.

 

Educational Objectives

After completing this activity, the participant should be better able to:

 

  • Identify current and emerging issues and advances affecting the diagnosis and delivery of treatment for plastic surgery problems.
  • Incorporate into practice technical knowledge in state-of-the-art procedure
  • Communicate current practice management issues necessary for efficient patient care.
  • Translate expanded knowledge into practice for the improvement of patient outcome.
